Go for it if you live in NY and a) don’t mind getting rift’d within 8 to 16 months of getting a position, b) willing to put up with managers who know A LOT less than their staff and whose goals are to not get rift’d and get promoted at the cost of said staff, c) don’t mind a performance rating that is determined by a group of senior team managers at off sites (these meetings months should be happing or will within the next weeks), and d) the possibility of no raise while the CEO gets one.
