Many of the local sections are down to skeleton crews. I don't know how this is sustainable long term. What is their end game? Combine territories? Bring on contractors to do section work? Hiring obviously isn't happening.

Why hire 30-40ish people when they know what they have with furloughed employees from other departments. This company is so backwards
Just had a hiring session September 17 in Altoona. Sounded like they were gonna hire about 30-40ish people IMO. Also said they were trying not to overhire, because they thought their operating budget for next year didnt look too promising...
Offering furloughed workers in Roanoke now positions on September 18.Its program work so not sure how long it will last or how many positions available.
