I recall seeing people post here complaining about minimal bonuses or wage increases. I was well aware of what was going on in the sector and economy, and thought of how totally clued out those people must be, and how they'd soon be grateful to simply have a job.
Time to open your eyes and wake the F_k up people. The vast majority of you can and will be replaced by a machine or an outsourcing company from India. That's your reality, so the sooner you start adjusting accordingly, the better off you'll be.
