Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

How is majority of Lowe's new reviews on Glassdoor positive???

Who is posting those? Do we work for the same company?

"It's a great company. Great Benefits Great People Great work life balance Environment"

Are you kidding me with that c-ap?

Or my personal favorit:

"This is a stable design related job in comparison to independent businesses or design firms who may have gaps in income."

Stable? Lowe's?

I'm not buying this.

Yesterday, I looked at the reviews on Indeed.com and the posters at the Mount Dora, FL store have been extremely busy posting favorable reviews. It occurred to me that there might be some “slight of hand” after reading the same post left on every page going back to early 2019. You’d think the poster would try to mix it up, maybe consider changing up a few words here and there, but nope. Lazy.

It's strictly dependent on the SM in the particular store. A positive meaningful experience lends itself to a productive and stable associate base.

A threatening and hostile environment will lend itself to an environment that will never produce desired results

People who work at corporate is my guess. They have it much nicer than we do at the stores.
