Those that were the accounting associates before the block and change, how many of you are still doing the job that someone else is getting paid to do? Did you tell them that you weren't going to do it after you were let go from that position? I'm just curious how many have successfully transferred over to their front end COS's doing that job?

im still in the cash office my manager hasnt said anything to me about any changes. i know its coming ,but nothing yet business as usual for me . i my 4 hours in cash office then go home
I am still in the cash office as well! I was told That I needed to train the MSS I am a 20 + associate I also was told and have been reading the literature that they have been letting out a little at a time.. Well smart is going away so the MSS will do a deposit about 2 a week since we have converted to our own bank Loomis, has told us that starting in Sept that they will only have to pick up 2 a week . Accounting is gone they will hit a few buttons on the cash recycler and pull the deposit we won’t be able to look up purchase!!! TBC is being told they have to use the IPad instead of smart they r eliminating it. I know some of this stuff u have to be careful of but we r going away for sure get ready to be downgraded to a cashier!!! It’s happening whether u like it or not..
I'm still in the accounting office. Management is absolutely clueless about the transition. Tomorrow, 7/24 there is suppose to be a conference call informing accounting and front end team leads of the changes.
Every single position in this company is changing! The ENTIRE place is going to HELL and the people in charge are CLUELESS about it! Stay and see what happens or find something else. But I’m staying until the turn off the lights. Pay me back for all the time I have faithfully given you while I find something else. Just sayin
End of July Cos’s fully take over cash office, you will be on the frontline.
I'm still in cash office everyday till lunch, then help the front end the rest of the day.
Business as usual. My title changed, but not my job.
