Any educated Mondelez employee has also had plenty of warning! We’ve posted this for over two years!!!! Some people like to live in denial and won’t believe it until an “official” announcement is made. Keebler and even nestle had the element of surprise, not Mondelez! Every single person I came into contact with in the stores were well aware of what was going on!! No official announcement but every red flag for two years! Anyone denying this is just stupid! Sorry, just stupid!!!!
As a nestle rep losing his job soon i can understand the anxiety, but from what ive seen here so far is that all the speculation is from lack of info. If nabisco is going warehouse i would wait and see what sort of exit package theyre offering and then decide weather to stay or leave, nestle us being pretty fair with us, even the ones with short tenure. I thought nestle reps were spazing out, but looks like nabisco reps freak out more and nobody has said your even losing your jobs yet
as a nestle rep we never had cao orders nobody knw we were exiting dsd until a big nationwide meeting. only people that know are the very top of the chain in all accounts and president and vice of mondelez nestle had disclosure papers sighned by accounts from owners to presidents and ceos way before the news hit us. plus im pretty sure walmart and other accounts will get kickbacks for going warehouse. my guess your done by end of 2020

I think you all are being a little premature on hitting the panic button. But wouldnt be surprised if you all follow us in near future. Nestle touted dsd right up to the news hit. Never was leaked to anyone, higher ups didnt know until a week before we did, signed a nestle rep soon unemployed.
That’s because Nestle had enough respect for their employees to give them all fair warning well in advance. Mondelez isn’t doing that
