ASTL here and I'm saying I don't think I get paid enough. I'm not the only one either. I wish I got paid hourly. I've averaged 55+ hours a week since I moved up. My pay s—s when you consider I have Team Leaders who make $35+ an hour. Plus we have been capped at 3% yearly increases for longer than I've been here. I keep seeing post about huge bonuses. Well guess what, I've never seen anywhere close to what I've seen posted on here. Our bonuses S—! The funny thing is ASTL do 90% of the Store Leadership work while store team leaders cruise. Either make us hourly, hire an additional astl per a store, or pay me more. We should start at $100k a year+ bonus. Or make us Salary. I'm tired of spending all my time at wfm. Do it Bezos!

Our ASTL & STL never work more than 40...in fact they work less. Both come in late and are out early, constantly relying on TLs to cover shifty for them.

Astl here yeah but stocks you have to wait 1yr to cash them and only few shares. My bills dont come every year they come weekly. Whole Workers come talk to us we too are getting tired of working low pay. My prod TL makes more than me how is that allowed? I make $35.50 and work 60hrs a week. And yes I have confirmed that astl only get 3-4% increase yearly. My stl is crazy n if i speak up im seen as lazy and she’ll put me in the black list. Yes there is a black list that if you are there you'll never ever move up to stl. MA region here.

Interesting point but even at $45/hr working 60hrs/wk brings that to $30/hr. I feel sorry for all cdastls. I rather keep my $38 plus OT at $57/hr and have a balanced life. Some STLs in the MA region are crazy. They mandate their astls work 50-60 hrs/wk. nope nope nope. I’ll be a tl for life. I too make 7-8hrs of ot weekly. Why be an astl? Makes no sense to me.

Cdastl make $35.50 to begin with. Im a tl at $38. Why would i want to be a cdastl with that payrate? I make 3-5hrs of OT weekly. This is why they do not get too many internal applicants. And they only give you 3-4% raise yearly. They work 50-60 hrs a week bringing that $35.5/hr to $23.66/hr. If anything astls should push for that union w those whole workers movement. They have to do ots, safety, landlord walks, inventory, deal w sh–ty tms sh–ty tls n sh–ty customers and with regional sh–ty people just to name a few. Green mission, amazon prime, etc etc They should start at $45 if anything. $45/hr in honor of our 45!!

its career develpment astl. basically its a program you go through, and upon "graduation", you get placed at a store and titled astl. apparently they're rolling it out for ATLs as well, which is way overdue.
