You can expect more of this as middle management is let go as Agile/Scrum teams are established. If you are middle manager (i.e. Director or Sr. Manager) you best become a CSM and get assigned a team or become a Chapter lead or Tribe lead. Fido has always been middle and top heavy and as business works closer to developers, they’ll be not much need for middle management.
