Since the backroom is on the same level as a team lead ..will our pay go up to at least 18.00 too?

i know for a fact our backroom people signed paperwork placing them in the merchandising group..back room folks are supposed to help on floor and all floor folks are supposed to learn the back room...
Backroom is a C, which is the same as leads. They are under the merchandising group, but are not the same level as merchandisers. Trust me, I know this!
You should of already been compensated to $18.00 an hour. Our backroom associates got bumped to 18:00 an hour and no backroom associates are not under the merchandiser structure.
