Injuries injuries injuries, that's how you get them. Also if you are hurt and out of work faking or not faking you can't get laid off. Fake that sh–!!!!back aches ,muscle strains.. sprains, any soft tissue injury... make sure you do it at work...make them pay you to stay home and watch TV. I did it, you can too it's easy.

this is hands down some of the worst advice. the person doesn’t work on the RR anymore and for a good reason i’m sure. fake injuries is the stupidest way to get back at a company. you will ruin union jobs doing it. i’m betting this person has some real hate for union work! be careful brothers we are on our own and the fight has just begun. we hold the power we are the skilled and when the time comes they need us more than we need them!!! stay strong union strong.

Most light duty is 2 weeks, so after two weeks, return to work.. after the safety meeting stretches, walk right into the supervisors office and Mark off injured, go straight back to the doctor and say your still hurting and get 2 more weeks. They are paying for it..I did this for months ;) ..while I looked for another job... and got paid to do it.. just remember.. if your getting railroad disability.. u must NOT take any other money's unless it's under the table...if they pressure you always threaten with a lawyer. Look up a railroad disability lawyer in your local area. Good luck.. oh yeah and always delay the train whenever possible. If y'all stop making the times the railroad stock holders lose money.. it's that easy... Hope I helped a few of y'all that aren't brained washed! Oh.. and don't tell anyone what your doing.. pretend your really hurt
They will have a supervisor go with you to the doctor. Do not let them come in with the doc. What happens between y'all is your business. They are to stay in the waiting room. No exceptions! Be aware, they will harass you and your family. Be prepared. The railroads don't care about you.. so don't care about them! Screw them hard
BTW, Norfolk southern does not have light-duty work. Just make sure your doctor's note says light duty, or any other restrictions.. then just continue to go back and complain about it hurting. There's nothing those pricks can do.. it works.. it will keep you from being laid off and you will be able to provide for your families.
