I’m the newest SR on my team only been in this role for 1 1/2. I’ll probably be the first to go. Thought this was going to be a career for me. Now I have to start over

Just try your best to do what you can. Maybe you will be picked to stay on if we go warehouse. The people making the least money stayed on at Keebler.
My post of got deleted and it was the truth. I worked this hard for 20 years just to have empty shelves and displays. Why do post that speak the truth keep on getting deleted ?
Mondelez management has been transitioning away from dsd to warehouse for years. When they began closing and consolidating warehouses, this was the beginning. Any type of commitment to DSD from GS or management after that was a bold faced lie!
Karma tried to get GS once, the whole ladder thing at the lake house! That’s what happens to people. Profit over people is what Mondelez is all about! In 2019 there is a much different, compassionate approach to things. One if caring. GS has a g-d like attitude with people’s lives. Pretty risky!
Just know DSD is ending and it’s time to reposition yourself so you can take care of yourself and the ones you love!! No more of this “we are committed to DSD”. They have known for years the direction we are going!
