Up next, those clubs with a gas station will have to pass that certification as well to have the club open with no manager. Basically, the raises were to turn you into managers/asset protection/compliance all in one. And you'll do it because who wants to go back to what you were making before?

To be clear, this is a requirement by law to have this food safety cert to be in a building by yourself where fresh food is produced. It isn't specifically merch leads, it's whichever 4 leads were chosen as key carriers. All managers have to do this too to be able to run the building. It isn't difficult, not sure what the whining is about. If you don't pass you won't be forced to step down, you might just not be a key holder.
There is a deadline for you to pass the test and about 10 cbls that will help you. Dont know if you was told but if you cannot pass that test you will be forced to step down since you are unable to be there while the club is still open and no manager. Managers are the next to be cut and this is a must that the 4 leads pass that test.
Well they are forcing Merchandise team leads to get food safety certification. This is they can open and close buildings for a couple hours with no Manager in building. Think I might just not pass mine. There has been no training anyway.
