We will be swarming the Ec’s visits and vp vistit with pro whole workers and demand answers on why we the team members are left hung out to dry while all store leadership goes to their cushy homes in wealthy areas while we have to leave our other jobs we need to make the rent the $15 was not enough here in the bay it barely gets you a room.
We have way too many things shifties and astl’s do to make sure teams fail and pretend later in emails they were only trying to help and say why are you so mad or why did you say that i never did anything,Really after all the sh– we take due to your decisions we have gotten here.
Pay attention to your local whole worker at your store and make a list of the conditions and unfair practices at your store that make it difficult to succeed if you don’t do as asked with a smile .
