I sympathize with your cause, but SERIOUSLY, take some English lessons.
It would greatly improve your chances, if you want your letters to be recognized by English-language newspapers. Just to mention the worst part: What you call „mobbing“ is called „bullying“ in English. The way the word „mobbing“ is used in German is called a pseudo anglicism. So native speakers who read your letter will not understand what you actually mean.
Really, really, if you want to write stuff like that in English, then please learn the language first.

Good luck to you. I hopeyou get a transfer to Apple, or a million dollar compensation from intel. No one should experience your situation. Bullying sponsored by the company is the worst form. I had only faced bullying by an insecure manager who used to take my work regularly and instigated by the team. He left as a part of ACT, only one of those bullies is around.
