Desk iPads were down at our club on Friday. People standing in line frustrated. This is very embarrassing to us employees. Only one cash register at the desk. This technology thing Sam's Home Office came up with is failing!! Makes us look stupid
No way! Are you joking? So what are they supposed to do about refunds for cash transactions (the IPads still don't issue gift card refunds properly) and what are they supposed to do for incoming credit card payments AND MC Cashback payments in February? That is absurd. If this is true then we ain't seen nothing yet when it comes to changes/layoffs.
Fine by me, but members will absolutely hate it.
Won't last too many out there that do not use banks or for that matter plastic.
If this is true its crazy ... members are already complaining about cashless self checkouts whats next... smh
