If you want to have boutique prices, you should have boutique service and hours to make that service happen.

The warehouse is indeed a disaster. We haven't gotten truck on time in forever. It's been late ALL the time over the last couple months, sometimes it's late by 24 hours or more! And yes, customers are CONSTANTLY complaining about how HIGH our prices are! Don't know why people shop here if we're so expensive.
