All money is Lowe’s money. That’s what they believe. Everything is an expense too high. In times like this when good employees are hard to find, Lowe’s has decided they all need to go to save money. They, of course, could keep 8000 or so full time employees on what they WASTE on Marvin every year. It is the height of HYPOCRISY to take money you haven’t earned Marvin. Jesus said “beware the yeast of the Pharisees”. Taking so much that others have nothing is just that.
Marvin, you spoke of being uncomfortable in a strip club a former boss made you go to, you also worried how it would be seen for a Christian person to be there; that it was a bad example. You even called your wife while there.
Well what about the example you set now? You think it’s good to be a thief? To take what a board gives you for work you don’t do! Just because others give you something that isn’t theirs to give is no reason for you to disengage your Holy Spirit and take it. The spirit within you should guide you. There is nothing you do for Lowe’s that could possibly be worth your compensation. Pray about it. God bless.

GiVE IT UP. NO ONE CARES UP TOP. Why do you think none of the board members are left that made Lowe's what it is today. They too couldn't stand the direction. Lowe's doesn't think anyone has value.. They are all replaceable so preaching gets you nowhere. Just leave. I was forced out by layoff but still glad.
