Who would have thought that this company had an ethics department? Why would they? If you didn't have feet you wouldn't buy shoes would you? I feel really bad for the people who lost their jobs, but they really must not have had much work coming their way in this company.
Ethics....the Maytag repairmen of WMT. Nobody calls them because nobody in the home office wants their input! The loneliest people in Bentonville!

Let's see, HR pretty much nonexistent, market managers not addressing anything brought to them, now ethics department being cut..Ethics... the ones that hear all the BS happening in our clubs and who's hands are always tied so they refer you back to useless market level personnel or CM.
Probably getting too overloaded with calls nowadays that the regionals & market managers complained about all the ethics calls instead of what caused the call in the first place.
Here in CA, market manager lied to my face 3 times. A tool that no one in our club likes let alone trusts. Trust me, being ethical is not on their agenda.
They are called a ton. Just nothing much ever comes of it. It's just the companys way of trimming more fat. They won't be needed as much because the company itself will be shrinking.
