CAO process

I’m still not understanding the process of remedy tickets. CAO isn’t ordering for my features. Am I suppose to open a remedy ticket for those and ask for multiple cases each week? Or are we all just going to lose our features ? Someone please explain this a little better for me as my DM is useless. I don’t even know what a remedy ticket is we just go over the on hands and correct inventory.

My Walmart manager did order for me, and it did come in, but took a week.

I've added to my orders, and they went through. I got the extra product. DM told us to try Wal Mart managers first, but I used to work at Wal Mart, so I know better than to expect quick action. Add a shelf order, see what you get.

How did you get a co manager to actually agree to trying to order you something is my question

Friday I got a co-manager to order it for me through their hand-held. Last year a co-manager ordered a pallet of Nillas in for a feature that they wanted. It came in on our truck, on a Nabisco invoice. I got credit for the sale.

Kraft selling the Pizza business to Nestle is a lot different than Kraft owning Nestle.

Kraft owned Nestle? Not in my lifetime buddy.

You don’t know what you are talking about cookie slinger, nestle and nabisco are set up the same way! We’re you around when kraft owned nabisco and nestle at the same time? We used to work that product!! Climb back in your hole, you are embarrassing yourself acting like you know anything, you don’t!

People need to stop comparing us to Frito, two separate animals! Our dsd is just like Keebler and nestle, exactly the same! Wake up folks! How many reps drive by box trucks and carry their own product? Try zero! Compare apples to apples and you will see...dsd is ending for Mondelez!

Nope just Nabisco!! Yet another red flag!! Frito told me that their orders are open. He said that he never uses the cao order. He writes his own

Does anybody know if any other companies like Frito are having the same issues right now with orders on lock down?

Won't do ya any good! Added orders will be automatically deleted!! We're getting out of the DSD business!! Our company is only worried about DMI 📷

Were still being told not to add anything at all. I might start adding my own orders why the heck not

Yeah my one Wal-Mart actually has one of our endcaps in it and because they have rejected some of these pitifully small orders I barely have anything on the shelves. They decided to give our end to Pepperidge Farm. With my fourway as light as it is, it's only a matter of time before that goes to someone else as well.

All I was told was to "take pictures and send them up". We've been given no directive to order anything.

We were told no touch. Pull from shelf to make displays look good they said. More red flags! They can't get their stories straight 😆

Management tells us something different everyday but most recently was the same thing, add another shelf order for displays. That’s after a few days ago forwarding us the email about not touching or adding to the order for any reason.

Just add another shelf order for what you need that’s what our DM told us to do...

Displays are toast. Walmart managers will not sympathize with you. They want you gone. Cant even get them to go over on hands to adjust shelf quantities. If they want empty shelfs it's their prerogative

You won’t be able to secure your displays unless you have one of the stores that over order crazy. You either have a store that way over orders or way under orders. You can’t manipulate your store managers to weasel an order in for you. That’s not his it works if that was allowed they wouldn’t be edi Don’t risk their jobs just like your own

Fake news!! Wm employees can’t order our products on their handhelds AND even if they could they WOUlDNT!

Post ID: @1hmq+10dsoNx9

Why is there a delay? Is it because it will be coming in on Wm trucks?? Haha that’s next

by

Post ID: @1tet+10dsoNx9

That’s incorrect. Wm managers at store level can’t order our product. It’s a different system entirely

Those are two helpful ideas but if they actually work shouldn’t Mondelez be relaying this to all SRs?

If your manager doesn’t care, why should you? They are all worthless! Just lose the displays!
We won’t be here next year, only laughing going on is at you!! For being so oblivious to reality!

Ok I’m asking a question about CAO not for your same input about DSD being an advantage on every post. Bring something valuable to the table or shut up

Getting a store manager to order for my displays. That’s a joke but thanks for the tips.

One other thing about number 1 below I forgot to mention. If you have your managers order through their handhelds, it takes roughly a week to receive the product. I.e. you order for a display on Monday, you won’t get the product until probably Friday or more likely the next Monday, there is a delay

Basically you have 2 options.

  1. Have your managers order for your displays when needed. Has to be done through their handhelds just the same as if they were ordering for their own features.
  1. Have your managers adjust you shelf cap to include total quantity shelf AND displays holds combined and CAO “should” order to keep pace with that

Good luck on both of those
