Product being cut
Damages on delivery
Cant get enough help
Or good help
How we ve made it this long is beyond logic
And now THIS with WM

Cant run an organization this way

Way to stressful
To be a rep
Its going to turn into a free for all

Quit listening to your DM! Keebler got a great deal, reps kept cars and they walked away with big money. Then on top of that they settled a law suit and for more on top of that!! We won’t come close! I am not counting on more than a week for every year! That’s 20 weeks for 20 years, that is well below industry standard!

And when you complain....management doesn’t care! Product that is sitting in a trailer in the yard, that you order and is cut which causes you to miss a number, yet the product is at the branch and has been for a week....they do not care!!
Management, or lack of thereof, has caused this organization to be a joke to work for!! I for one cannot wait to see the end result! Instead of calling weeks ahead of time to schedule a market visit, how about seeing reality in a day to day basis? Or is that too painful? Even speaking with random reps when you do to get a better view of things? NOPE, they prefer to keep their rose colored glasses on all the time!! Pretty soon that’s gonna come back to bite them!
