Won’t have any effect, were gone either way! Timeline is already in place. Just waiting to see when, I cannot imagine it will be long.
The answer is simple, “your job is ending”. Cookie slingers will keep slinging until product comes from warehouses, plain and simple! This has been evident for years!
Territory representatives are new positions designed perfectly for Srssr/SAs
They’re usually our young whipper snappers-go getters if you will. They already travel all over team(s) and are familiar with the entire team. Easiest transition.

Dirk will let everyone know on Wednesday! Layoffs will come in waves. You'll be here between 3 to 6 months. They will offer a few positions for a new position called territory representative. You will drive all over the place. You'll have about 30 accounts or so. You will hit them once a week. Take photos and upsell. You will be paid salary with the opportunity for bonus for up selling over the mandated displays. The ranking your DM sends you will help determine who they're going to offer these positions to. Good luck. It's been a fun ride. Time for me to ride off in the sunset after 23 years of service.
