News Flash: The HR EVP Adviser to the CEO has hired an outside consultant to provide advice to HR, in order to be able to provide advice to the CEO.
The CEO needs an HR EVP as an advisor? Why doesn’t he call someone in HR when he needs advice? Sorry, sounds like they are keeping someone busy while they roll out the launching pad.
