August tomorrow. Lay-off advice.

When you get layed off, if you are given 45 days to execute a general release in exchange for severance, immediately contact an employment law attorney. You may be able to get more severance (especially if you are over 50), your job back, etc. they count on scaring with the wording.

On track to drive gross savings in 2019 of at least $640 million under Project Own It, Xerox’s enterprise-wide initiative to simplify operations, drive continuous improvement and free up capital to reinvest in the business

Regarding @q-fdi, the facts have been out for quite some time. We are no where near the 2019 target for “efficiencies/productivity”. Q3 will need to show those cuts else Wall Street may sour on XRX ability to execute. Alternatively, senior heads will have to roll, but with these guys that’s not how they play it. Deep cuts before mid-September latest.
