Anyone else’s store threatening “documentation” if full timers go over their scheduled 39 hours. That used to be our buffer to keep from going over 40.

Our specialists are the only full timers we have left (other than department supervisors). Most work extra on other days so they can leave early on Friday leaving the store short staffed.
