The company is running on automatic because it can. People know what they are supposed to do and they do it day after day. They are good at it, the veterans. Phones ring, dial tone hums, and the FiOS Internet stays up, and the Network stays lit and busy. Trucks roll, the bills go out and the money comes in. The dividend gets paid. We are fortunate that people like what we sell at the moment. The only downside is possible competition or newer technology that we are not invested in. Otherwise, the beat goes on regardless of who has an office and title.
Can't prove you wrong, really a shame. Lowell an friends really f***ed things up. Yahoooo!!! That's what blind hatred of your employees will do though.
Because nobody who understands the company or its customers is running the company. It is an American company being run by foreigners who do not understand the American market. The company is running on automatic as the rank and file know what they have to do and when to do it, while most of the leadership has no idea how we do what we do.
