Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

This is working out SO WELL

New scheduling system has already cost my club 12 good employees, and the number keeps climbing. Can somebody please explain to me again how is any of this considered a good idea?

We have lost about 25 associates and 2 managers.

Had interesting conversation with an middle tier member of management last week and they have always been part of team Sam’s so I was Completely Shocked when they said that the people that are making the decisions upstairs are Clueless and ignorant. Exact words! This person over sees an entire region of a department and even They see that this is not working. Tell your members and everyone else to call or email CORPORATE with the complaints and not to renew their membership. Only when the bottom line is effected will they get it! Just sayin

If it was long term employees then there mission was accomplished.

I agree, the less employees when they close clubs, the better.

See, your problem is you keep thinking this is about member service. It's about money. The last poster was right. It's cheaper than layoffs.
