No more furloughs yet. Have to get the managers other golden boy setup first. Then they will mess with peoples lives once again. We're just a number anymore. Been that way for a few years.

Hey speak for yourself. Im a carman. I give 110 percent of my body and soul to this railroad and always have. I know theres like 1 or 2 carman there that are pretty good at what they do. And im one of them. I wear my ppe as a badge of honor, why i can change 99 shoes in less than 8 hours. And im proud to say I have never bad ordered a car, ive kept this railroad movin 24 7. I am a 7th generation raildog and me and my family have over 300 years of highballin combined! So before you go and throw shade up on the west colton ghetto you best come correct. Ive also served in desert storm so I know a thing or two about brotherhood. Hoorah semper fi brothers!!

West Colton is a ghetto, they should just make it a flat switching yard. That place is crawling with white, black, and brown trash. There nothing but thieves, liars, backstabbers, scumbags who are in debt up to there eyeballs because they think they have money. Lay them off and most will be screwed. Maybe they can sell the stuff they have stole from the yard for extra money.
The carmen at west colton are there own worst enemy. backed by a spineless union, backstabbing, and pure laziness its always been a matter of not if but when. None of the carmen there are worth a squirt of piss anyway, I say get rid of all of them.
