I would hope no bakery lead is complaining if they have to assist in stocking 48 after the huge raises them and their team got with zero responsibilities added.

The merch team is stretched thin as it is and has a gigantic area to cover. The fact that base pay for this much of the club is so much lower than a tiny tiny portion of the club sales is so short sighted.

No one has audit 48 since it went to snacks. Bakery lead still checks, closing shift still stocks it every other night. 37 is bakery’s. Stock and zone, repeat!

cat 48 isn’t bakery anymore it went to snacks in February. But yet it’s still my responsibility to stock and audit it. What’s really sad is when I have my block scheduling weekend off no one touches 37 or 48 til I get back. Way to go management!!

@1uw1 Why is it ridiculous that you stock your area?
In our club the floor somehow became responsible for stocking 48 (which makes 0 sense, that's like the floor stocking deli or tires) but because our Bakery dept can't handle their business the floor also has to stock 37 for the lazy associates. Meanwhile bakery will have 4 associates in the bakery listening to music and talking away as they bake and wrap. So while the floor associate is stocking another department he's also working on all his hot items/items he has to stock that came in from the DC along with answering calls/covering the front end/pushing carts.....etc.
But don't you bakery associates worry about it, just continue to relax and chill as you bake, I know your job is very very hard.

They make the morning Merchandiser dose it in the morning after 8 after the get the floor filled and I wanted to know who job isn't anyway this new Systems making my head hurt everyday they make us do something different which I will finish part of the job code they hid the movie for us so we really don't know our job any more it crazy and looking for another Position in the area is harder that held a fine stuff now on the wire.

I’m a bakery lead and that’s all I do everyday is stock 37 and 48. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Did you mean cat. 48 & 37 ? In our club the floor partner that stocks paper & water stocks cat. 48 ,it's been that way for almost 2 years. Cat.37 is the bakery's job to fill, that started about 4 months ago for bakery asst. like they don't have enough to do!!
