NC, The guys who sent email to break up rating for India employees between AE1, AE2 and AE3. 30%,35% and 35% break up respectively. Way to demoralize people even further who get paid next to nothing. Also you can not exceed 30% in 1 & 35% in 2 but you can have 50% in AE3. Its not even about mistakes its just to push the numbers which is utter non sense. All new employees from JPM will get Exceed or extraordinary even if they make mistakes.

You’re probably right to be scared as It may well be the largest headcount in the Bank. 2 years of targeted worldwide layoffs could be absorbed in that group.. Not saying that will happen but many critical areas hit the 50%+ staff loss level# years before this recent 2 year wave even started.
What is this board thinking with all these negative posts and poooooor morale that impacts clients, productivity and the bottom line. Monday will be sad. What a shame; this company was so good and thriving not so long ago. I just wonder how the parents raised these leaders to be leaders? Sad! glad I'm out of there.

Know that most Americans see you as great people. You bring good things to our communities. It is those at the top to whom you are simply a 'production unit', and are deemed unworthy of fair treatment.
