they do staffing, many of our lab technicians come through them. word on the street is that we pay the 32 $/hr per tech, jacobs keeps 1/2 of that.

My son worked for them for a couple of years as a technician. Didn't pay much. In lieu of raises they gave the technicians trinkets (sports tickets, visa cards with a little of money...), bought lunch on occasion and held a couple of dinner parties every year where door prizes were offered. They were over board with training. The techs can not even use a hammer without having a safety sign off. My son put his time in until he found a similar job making $8 more an hour. Overall he performed non-skilled labor tasks. I'm not sure how they treat salaried positions.
