How to report Homeland Security for verizon fake interviews for visa fraud

The job descriptions he has placed in portals is way more complicated than the actual job. He has placed it as if he does not want to find any candidates with the combination of skills he has asked for.

how do we notify homeland security for such abuse? Anyone knows?

I would like to know what to do as a citizen if you need to notify the authorities of possible visa fraud. What to do when you see signs like, the Job Description is way more complicated than the actual role. When it seems almost impossible to find the person with presented combo of skills. When you see ad run for 30 - 90 days but all you see is through interviews. Sometime as a technical screener you would think you found a good match for the role but the manager still rejects the candidates.

Can you imagine how many fake interviews were taken to get SA and VG their green cards by VZ american managers?

In some cases its the American manager, a white local manager who is participating in this visa fraud. Its not necessarily a foreign manager trying to get his foreign buddy a citizenship all the time. I guess a cheap labor tied to a visa and dedicated to work 10 -12 years with minimum wage and 80 hours per week is just too good of a deal for American Managers.

I am surprise they haven’t been called out of who has access to DHS and other govern emend data. The company is riding a slippery slope when it comes to sensitive data and I know first hand some VPs in IT don’t care about contractual obligations.

You make a good point and I have seen this in a couple of places. These people are going out of their way to ensure that they do not hire and American, but insert another potential spy inside the company. I am stunned that Homeland Security has not visited Verizon considering the work that we do for the feds and that most of their information is in the hands of foreigners. What could happen?
