A friend of mine who works in GT&O said BofA will start looking into these folks who are not on MyWork program but work from home on a semi-regular basis (1x or so/week).

So right! Told today - anyone can work from your home office is one day per week. They are busy bees counting swipes and VPN hours vs. attendance in last minute meetings, late night issues... oh right, they don't care if you work all night. VPN hours are counted from 8 - 5... feel free to work all weekend too. That's okay.
If you are under around 10 swipes a month
