Thread regarding IBM layoffs

If Watson Is So Smart, Why Is IBM's Stock So Low?

To summarize, under Rometty, IBM has 1) fully embraced the productivity toilet that is the open plan office,
2) eschewed the massive productivity boost of widespread telecommuting, and 3) replaced its most
experienced and tech-savvy employees with fresh-out-of-college tinder-swipers.

I hope Ginni receives a larger than usual bonus this year for her outstanding work. Helluva job, as always. . .

After all, who knew healthcare was so complicated?

Garbage in = garbage out. This stuff just sells, runs, and most importantly codes itself. Who needs experience. Collar workers are just fine, or even better a 20 year old in an off shore country, because healthcare is healthcare no matter where you are in the world. It’s not like every corporate titan has tried to fix it and been thwarted Collar applicants 15 bucks an hour no health care experience needed. If you know LINUX that’s good enough for us
