The fulfillment team/ packers all got their hours slashed. Did that happen in your stores? And why?

We have added an enormous amount of hours in 1331 Fulfilment. Can’t keep up and begging people to work.
In my store (Southeast) they have added additional 1331 positions. Some of those positions, and the hours for them, are unfilled and the current 1331 associates aren't allowed to pick up or placed into those otherwise unused hours. What a joke!
No we have added. Simular to the previous reply. That may have more to do with your current staffing, volume and productivity of your specific store.
From what I heard 1331 is getting boosted, we have new positions in our store. the Packing hours become part of 1331 now, so 1331s are in charge of packing on top of picking.
