Your getting paid to sit there don't see why you are complaining. Managers are humans to. They have things going on in there life just as much as you. If you can't find a nice person be one. If you hate your job that much why are you still there?

Had one manager 3 hours late this week. Hope they realize that home office sees whose alarm code opens the building. When they go to 3 mgrs these will be the first cut.

Quit your b–ching. Managers aren’t superheroes and are humans too. That’s all these associates do is b–ch and whine. Yet when the mm and rms come in who are the ones taking the heat because it’s not done. Yet you have some managers working 60-70 hours a week to ensure it gets done so they end up not leaving and the Crying associates can keep the managers who take care of them when they need time off or need something. These same managers are making less than team leads who do absolutely nothing except cry and whine.

It’s called a time adjustment when leads have to open the building. I arrive and clock in at 3:51am. Then I log in to Wire and do a time adjustment to a clock in time of 3:45am.

Team leads unlocking the doors in the morning are working off the clock. No way they can clock in before. I see a lawsuit coming for this.

Not yet . They are taking the money haven’t taken the CBL’s . So they haven’t taken the test yet.

Not one of our team leads have keys that I know of. One of our managers was 45 mins. late last week ,someone had to call him and wake him up. Isn't it that after 15 mins. of waiting you can leave and still get paid for 6 hours ? But a few managers are early & one comes in either right on time or a few mins. late.

Don't you have 4am key carrying teamleads coming in?
