Cut spending
Pay down debt
Keep production at a good rate (I'm assuming you mean flat)
Pick two. And this is especially true for shale companies.

Better sell everything in the morning.... why wait until the market closes to announce earnings?
The majority of oil and gas companies are hovering around their 52 week low. No one is investing money in oil or gas right now. They all need to cut spending, keep production at a good rate and stock pile money while paying debt down.

Well if you look at our peer groups Devon, Hess, Anadarko, Diamondback, and Noble are all a greater distance from their 52 week low than we are. So once again the "better than our peers" argument is false. Even if you consider Anadarko an anomaly because of the Oxy deal, you still have to discount 2 or 3 of the absolute lowest performers on the other end because they truly aren't peers since we are a "one basin" asset. Also known as a one trick pony!

Our stock performance is still much better than all other companies. We will be fine as long as it remains above 70-80
