Better get busy. If you only put half ad much energy into your job ad you do sobbing about Lowes like a sissy, you'd be a model employee.

They can intimidate you over this, but they cannot and will not fire you for failing to sign up for credit, leads, or details. This is not official policy but coming from market directors and store mgrs in a failed strategy to increase customer engagement and reduce the pressure that they are under. Just simply take of the customers and if they try to threaten you with this then I’d ignore it. This is classic “manage through fear and intimidation” and IT WONT WORK.

For cashiers, the expected is to highlight the survey at the bottom of the receipt and whine at the customer about taking it.

At my store it's at least two of the three every week... Reviews will be conducted every 3 weeks... If you have not made Target... Documentation for poor job performance
