Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Changing......

"Xerox is changing" my boss said, "It's not the same Xerox" he said....

Well, look at the stock price. He was right, it's worse. The Executives are skimming more off the top, they have destroyed brand recognition, customers are leaving only slightly faster than the experienced employees, the off loading to HCL is starting to break processes (think billing), they have pi$$ed off almost all of their suppliers with demand reductions, demanding price concessions and not paying in a reasonable time, those remaining employees just don't give a s^&t (read the posting here from the sales person and then look at the LinkedIn plea for hiring sales people. Finally, they needed to hire a 'storyteller' to spin some elevator story.
Yup, changing

I wish they’d do a clean sweep of some of the managers/execs. All those stuffed suits and huge salaries ain’t helping our bottom line at all. The people actually doing the work are wising up and leaving in droves. Our core is getting emptier all the time.

Amazing the number of Zeroids who have nothing good to say about the X. Things have truly changed from a company whose name brought instant recognition and respect. Employees and retirees use to be proud to say they worked at the X. How things have changed!

Yep - changing alright. People are leaving right and left. Folks who are still there don't care anymore. Current and past employees wishing that Xerox fails. Revenue is declining faster than ever. A real outhouse! Well done executive team!

It is certainly changing, cuz I quit last week. Later Zerox! I hope you love Guatemala as half the employees will be based out of there. Nice change!
