Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Polite employee abuse is still abuse

Their attempts at sounding civil and being concerned for employee well being only serve to amplify the insult. I suppose it helps them sleep better, but if you’re going to urinate on someone, don’t call it rain.

Best of luck to everyone in the rumored upcoming layoffs (August 19th).

They employee costs are gonna come down folks. Anyone with experience and the willingness to put forward an opinion is for the chop. The so called "Leaders" do not what anyone highlighting their incompetence. Ultimately they will all be moved on, but only after thet get their capitalist bonus and shareholders see them for what they really are.

I like to think most people see through the fake veneer, but I'm not sure these days.

It's as if they recruited like minded bullies so they have their own little force to surround themselves and defend each other's incompetence (ninja style).

I agree. And I am so tired of peeing on people. I hope I get laid off, then someone else can do it.
