Why are they telling some marketing teams that they are being eliminated and not others ? Why is severance not being offered if they are eliminated ?

Is this in all clubs about marketing lead and coordinator ? I didn’t hear anything from my manager . Will they offer another job or is severance available ? It is not fair if we have to lose our pay ?
We were told last week in our club, that Marketing TL & Membership Coordinator positions are no more as of the end of this pay period. We can go to any open full time position in the club if we want. That is pm block cashier or desk associate only in our club right now. Oh yea, and take the pay cut that goes with it! Also, COULD'VE GONE AHEAD AND GIVEN THE TEAM LEAD THAT PAY RAISE FOR THE LAST MONTH!!! I THINK THE COMPANY COULD'VE AFFORDED $500!! I COULD USE THAT WHILE I look for something else & have a pay cut!!!! This is not the way to improve morale.
Yeah, apparently you have to email them to get the Business Focus information. YOU have to beg them for the tools to do the job that they hired you for. Anyhow, it's true, if you email them they will forward you the info.
BTW notice that the Plus Challenge info that starts AFTER THE BUSINESS FOCUS is already posted. The lack of info on BF is not a glitch or oversight...

The Business Blitz still says coming soon on the Membership Promo App! We have no idea what the membership offer is and it starts Monday!
The end is near for the marketing department (St Louis) finally today they posted an offer for the Business Ficus event that starts August 12th. The Acousta reps are calling all our contacts from sales pro and telling them that they are the new Sans Club rep and that we are mo longer with the company. WOW !
Really!!? No, they are being eliminated. We got word today in our club. The marketing positions are gone and are being replaced by 1 salaried marketing manager. Good luck to you!
