Predictably swinish corporate behavior

When faced with a choice between ethical behavior or personal financial gain, guess which one Charlie and his ilk choose every time?

They more or less always follow Adam Smith's vile maxim, "All for me, and nothing for you."

They are little more than clever parasites who specialize in transferring wealth from the weak to the powerful. They don't 'produce' anything whatsoever. They simply hunt and gather money for their handlers (and themselves) through exploiting their workers, financial trickery, finding loopholes in the law, and generally gaming the system.

They are financially rich, but morally destitute.
