I am a manager that spent an hour this week, apologizing to an otherwise great employee about her BE rating. She handled it with such grace and professionalism that I was truly humbled, and even embarrassed.
I would like to apologize to everyone who was a victim of this corporate QUOTA policy, employees and managers too.
Please do not ever think this reflects upon your performance, character, value, or self-worth.
It is an artificial metric required by a mis-lead bad policy of the incompetent leaders of our struggling company. It is our leaders that should be ashamed of this needless insult to fine employees.
