I wish I was of the superior craft
Then I could jump up on a table and have a big laugh
Break out my phone and lead the excersizes
in mach 2 with new surprises !
All I know is I'm home free

As for me and my grinder better get back to work

This is why management treats you like this. You want mommy to hold your hand thru life. Most management time is spent dealing with crybaby b—s— between workers. B–ching and moaning, tattling, and general whining. How would you deal with that?? I mean seriously management feels like they are babysitters. I’m not one but I know a few personally and this is their feelings. They are like the parents and you are like their children. And YOU make it that why but constantly whining and having problems instead of just coming in and doing your job, getting your paycheck and going home. Worried about what joe blow is doing I. The lunch room is not your concern.

And this is why NS does whatever it wants to. Between sorry union representation and childish self centered behavior it's no surprise why we're the laughingstock of all NS.
