Right on. But it will never be discussed. While the ridiculous spans at the Exec Dir and above level exist in all teams the iT Business .org is a joke with the number of VPs, EDs and Directors. That business is not and will never be profitable; why all the IT overhead??

Is he announcing his resignation? Why no details or agenda? Clearly not well planned.
Better yet, will it be truthful or believable! How transparent do you think the emperor will be? Big trust gap that needs to be repaired if its not already too late. Louder his volume, more inclined I am to turn it off/tune out. His credibility is at an all time low.
Question for him: How many VPs do you feel we need when we lay off folks every year? What is your plan to reduce upper management so that VPs do not report to other VPs?
