How are other associates are suppose to feel about their department isn’t included in the raises.. some people just walking in the door making $15, yet some long term aren’t near the new pay rate like some.. I tell you this company really know how to cause animosity in the work place

@10rngK0s-1nct temps don’t Ctually make that. The agency they work for gets a legs percentage of that. That is why the company does its best to stay away from using temps.
They want us at each other's throats, not theirs. Don't you see, half of forever you could be coached if you talked about your pay, and then the COS's pay raises are announce at a Friday morning meeting. It was a strategic divide and conquer.
Why can’t we all just get along
Try working in a club with about 25 temps who make 17 dollars a hour and due as little as possible
The cos position has always been one of those positions the company uses as a "stepping stone" to what all want and that is that cherry salaried position.
What do the cos's make an hour?
Cake decorating most certainly is life or death. Mess up a members cake order and they will @#$& you up! You got to hand it out and run! 🏃♀️
How about working in an area for 9 plus years & bring an associate to your area that makes more then you......

You obviously don't know what your talking about. The pharmacist only checks the orders, we input, fill and bag your order, then wait in your dumba$$. I can come back and work in the bakery but you can't say the same. Because you aren't even allowed in the pharmacy, let alone do my job. We have to be nationally certified and registered through the board.
A pharmacy tech absolutely has more responsibility than a cake decorator. They also do fill pr-scrip-ions and the pharmacist verifies them after they are filled. I don’t know where you are getting your information but it’s incorrect. Cake decorating is a skill but it certainly isn’t life or death responsibility like in the pharmacy.
Pharmacy associate can't make a mistake on a pr-scrip-ion ,you don't fill them the Pharmacist does that. ,Unless you can't read someone's name on the order. And yes the bakery does have more responsibilities than someone like you would know. Try going back there and helping when they are trying to do 10 things at once & answering the door & phone & the ovens , plus all the other stuff like 37, wrapping filling orders. Go back there at Thanksgiving & Christmas, Graduation you wouldn't last a day !!!! Get Real.....
Yeah talk about a hostile work environment.... I work in the pharmacy and we asked about raises when the COS position git theirs and was told with more responsibilities come higher pay. I'm pretty sure the people in the bakery don't have more responsibilities than a pharmacy associate that can k–l you if they make a mistake.
