Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Stop complaining about raises

If you didn't get a raise then all you need to do is go for one of these positions. Not that hard to do. But you will understand why these areas make more money on your first day.

BS you can apply for one of these jobs because u basically already do the job yet one if the favorites will get the job. I can tell u my manager nir most of my supervisors can do my job but I can do theirs. So before you start telling people to stop complaining know what ur talking about. Your probably one of those making way more than u even deserve. So sick of people like you. Everyone in the stupid store deserves a raise. They have to see making people do jobs for people that make more money is wrong in so many ways. It takes everyone in that store to make it run. They want to preach it's a team effort yet give raises to only part of the team. Psssh where the integrity in that? So over it and people like you.

Seek other employment before they let you go.

I’m so glad you have it all figured out I still make more then that . But I’ve been with the company for 26 years and my check has been the same since 2009. The cost of living has went up a lot. The company has to do something for the long term people.

The only issue with this is if you've been in a position for a long time and you're really good at it (not trying to brag here), they won't let you leave your position, yes I know "technically" speaking they can't stop you from applying and wanting to transfer to other positions throughout the club, but they do their best to make sure that you don't get any of those other positions. I've seen this firsthand way too many times. and yes it is unfair that someone who just graduated high school with zero experience can make as much if not more than someone who has been with the company for over 20 years.
