Resetting password through smart worked!
How sad is this bro that one of the commenters below said "my CM verified I still have a job." What kind of company is this that one of the first things that come into your mind is NOT "system glitch" BUT "maybe I've been terminated and this is how they're telling me." People at our club were saying the same thing.
Did resetting password actually work?
This issue has still not been fixed for me. Called back today after not hearing anything and field support tells me there are no tickets submitted for the issue, and to call back in the morning when the team that handles these issues is in. I havent been able to do schedules on my admin day, or approve time off, or even do attendance tracking, SPARK, or anything. My CM verified i still have a job. Ill just keep pushing the issue i guess

Everyone in Pharmacy was locked out too.
Membership Desk associates were also locked out on Friday. MSS and other team leads weren't, though.
What are the routes you guys are taking that are affected? Ive been on the phone with three different field support agents and none seem to be helping. The first two couldnt even look me up. The third was able to find me by a name search
Push the issue. Ask why there is no war room engaged in restoring service. I would think access to information on the WIRE would be critical to performing business functions.
IT support should have the answers.
