Has anyone heard if TS will have layoffs? I got BE for mid year and I had it for my year end too (despite not being here for the fourth quarter) and I’m wondering what my chances are.
Honestly at this point I’d rather take the severance and go. I’ve been looking for a new job. But I’m really close to my second mental breakdown in a year because of this place. I flat out told my boss I’ve put my health on the back burner for the job and she said nothing.
I used to really like working here.
Go sick for a few months. Say youbput under undue stress due to work mismanagement. Should get you a few months on full pay. Throw in that you are considering taking legal action and then you will get 6 mths leave no problem. Milk the kants.
Bring it on. Ive got about 900K in after tax accounts... any severance would be a bonus.

Out the entire 4th quarter in Treasury Services with a mental breakdown. I am sure mental breakdowns are becoming more common in this sh1t hole of a company, but I wonder if you are as anonymous as you think.
You’re right. Definitely a prime candidate if you got 2 BEs under your belt. Take the severance and don’t look back. Focus on ur health. Best thing to happen to me and my family.
@be chuck...already took short term once for almost three months bc of my mental health and then needed it again for surgery. I don’t have a lot of time left.
Take mental/stress leave via short term disability. Eff this dump

There isnt severance just sub pay.
