ok, I originally posted something like this:
Where can I buy docushare? My company is in the market for document management solution, and we were going to go with Office 365/OneDrive/Sharepoint. But I heard that Xerox is a tech powerhouse and want to get the best solution on the market
Then the other person replied with a hilarious post about how docushare is built, and referenced call center, etc.
Maybe that person could re-create his response.

Hi, I did the reply. The "Whilst" was something my brother said to me a lot. The 1-800-OH-CANADA reference was to the Canadian Call Center, and the HCL reference was the a reference that I was 'transferred' to HCL. I've always enjoyed Creative writing, but most of the 'year' referenced were from a google search that led me to a DocuShare Wiki..

yea, I was the OP. Not sure who had that awesome response but it was funny. Since they used the word 'whilst" I thought it might be my ex colleague in UK. Expect this whole thread to be removed too since it isn't about layoffs. Funny stuff though.
