Hearing that the initiatives to revitalize supplier base is taking too long and yielding too little, may result in scaling back those efforts. Anyone else hearing that?

SPM never got Engineering and Purchasing on Board with the NSI efforts. W ran the show and overran purchasing. I think there is infighting between the groups/
Employee at E&PS Phoenix were pulled into a meeting on 8/16 and told about layoffs in ISC. They were given a heads-up before the official email hits. No word on the email date.
